He was able to help with my painful ankle and related pain and was able to explain what may have caused it, along with exercises to do between sessions to support the healing. When I first saw her I was in a lot of pain with a problem with my hip and lower back and after 2 sessions of manipulation with Ellice and some exercises she gave me to do, I ended up cancelling my third session due to the vast improvement made. Today my back was so bad I couldn't bend to put my dog's lead on her collar (trapped nerve and muscle trauma) I chose this place on a whim and was so pleasantly surprised. Rather that doing lots of clicking, which isn't always beneficial for me. He used machines and cupping to help. Very professional and I'm looking forward to our journey of back recovery 🙂
