I became a chiropractor because I enjoy working with people and helping them move and feel better. I like taking the time to understand what’s going on and helping patients get back to doing the things they enjoy. My interest in chiropractic started from personal experience.
I’ve always been sporty and still play football, but a recurring hip injury during my teenage years kept holding me back. Seeing a chiropractor helped me recover properly and feel confident moving again, which played a big part in my decision to train as a chiropractor.
I qualified from the AECC Chiropractic Clinic in Bournemouth in 2018. Since then, I’ve worked with people of all ages and activity levels, from everyday aches and pains to sports-related injuries.
As a chiropractor, I integrate a variety of techniques from multiple fields and specialisms to provide the best care for each patient. While chiropractic adjustments and manipulations are what we’re most known for, they’re just one part of my approach.
For patients who prefer alternatives, or when adjustments aren’t suitable, I use a range of complementary methods, including soft tissue release and massage, cupping therapy, dry needling and acupuncture, and IASTM (Graston/scraping techniques).
This versatile approach allows me to tailor treatments to patients of all ages and activity levels, helping everyone – from office workers to athletes – achieve optimal results and improved wellbeing.
Treatment is always tailored to the individual and based on a thorough assessment. Depending on your needs, this may include chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue work, joint mobilisation, stretching and exercise advice.
Whether you’re seeking relief from pain, improved mobility, or long-term wellness maintenance, I’m here to help.
