Hello! I’m proud to have opened a chiropractic clinic in my hometown of Christchurch, Dorset. I graduated with first-class honors from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic (AECC).
2026 marks nine years of proudly serving the local community. Over the years, I’ve remained dedicated to providing the highest quality chiropractic care with a friendly and approachable touch. My goal has always been to help patients recover quickly and return to their normal activities as soon as possible.
My approach is not just about treating the symptoms – it’s about empowering my patients. I focus on teaching you how to manage your pain effectively and prevent future flare-ups through practical techniques and, occasionally, some homework tailored to your needs!
As a chiropractor, my personal style integrates a variety of techniques from different fields and specialisms. While I often perform adjustments and manipulations—what chiropractors are best known for—these aren’t the only tools in my toolbox.
For patients who prefer alternatives or when adjustments aren’t appropriate, I use a range of other methods, including:

When I’m not in the clinic, I enjoy staying active and making the most of life in Christchurch. Whether I’m playing football, at the gym, watching a Netflix documentary, or doing anything food-related, I love connecting with the things that bring balance and joy – just like I aim to help my patients do!
