Following a recent back muscle sprain Theo was able to get me a swift appointment booked in for a Chiropractic assessment and treatment. Theo explained everything clearly, offered great treatment and was able to give some great advice to prevent future injury, along with exercise examples.

After just a couple of sessions my lower back pain reduced significantly and I was relieved to not have anything seriously wrong but a combination of things I could work to improve. I'm already quite active but Ellice gave me some great tips to strengthen my back and core and improve my posture. I'll certainly be back for some maintenance! Thank you.

Ellice was recommended to me by two friends and justifiably so! When I first saw her I was in a lot of pain with a problem with my hip and lower back and after 2 sessions of manipulation with Ellice and some exercises she gave me to do, I ended up cancelling my third session due to the vast improvement made. Good advice and treatment and would definitely use again.

Today my back was so bad I couldn't bend to put my dog's lead on her collar (trapped nerve and muscle trauma) I chose this place on a whim and was so pleasantly surprised. Rather that doing lots of clicking, which isn't always beneficial for me. He used machines and cupping to help.Very professional and I'm looking forward to our journey of back recovery 🙂

I was on holiday in Bournemouth and developed severe back pain with spasms. I tried a trip to A&E but having confirmed I did indeed have a back injury they didn’t do much to help except advise me to continue to take the painkiller regime I was already on. I was in a great deal of pain so asked friends who live locally to suggest someone who could help. I was introduced to Kasper and Gray and contacted them and filled in an online form. Their response was very quick and I was offered a consultation (with hands on treatment) for the next day. I met Ellice and she was very nice, knowledgable and professional. She did some deep tissue massage, cupping, scraping of my skin and then a quick crack of my back. All agony but hey… no pain no gain. I was given a follow up appointment for two days later. Full recovery may take a little while but she has set me well on the way to recovery with her treatment. I would highly recommend trying Ellice if you’re local to Bournemouth and need some help. Prices are reasonable (and in fact quoted on the website so you know what you’re getting into from the start. I wish I lived closer as I would happily continue to see her for maintenance and further treatment. Don’t even hesitate - I’m much better having had the visit with her. Thank you Ellice

When I first came to see Ellice at Kasper & Gray. I was in agony with my back and couldn’t move. This was following a bout of Sepsis that lead to a lengthy hospital stay and many weeks of antibiotics. My confidence was low and I was very fearful of any intervention. So going to a see a Chiropractor was the last thing I wanted to do. What I found was Ellice. She was gentle, kind and understanding. She put me at ease. My back is almost back to normal. I see Ellice every month now as a top up and keep me on tract. I cannot recommend them enough. Also very responsible priced.

I first arrived at the clinic a few days ago in so much pain with my upper spine.I called the same day in desperation and the lovely Ellice was able to see me the same morning.She made me feel so at ease, talked me through everything that was happening in my examination, and we talked through treatment, which she started there and then.That night I had the best sleep and my pain had reduced dramatically.I went again today for a second treatment, and I have literally skipped out of the clinic feeling absolutely fabulous, like I've been gifted a new energetic body.I can't thank Ellice enough, and have already booked in again for a check up and to maintain how great my body feels.Thank you Ellice, you literally are an Angel. ♥️

After experiencing back issues for a few weeks, I reached out to Kasper and Gray Chiropractic. Theo promptly responded and scheduled me for an appointment that week. With a combination of massage, manipulative techniques, home exercises, and engaging conversation, I'm on the road to recovery and can now stand up without wincing in pain.Theo's flexibility in accommodating my appointments has been excellent, even rescheduling twice. I highly recommend his services. 10/10

The service and treatment is amazing, best I’ve ever had and I’ve been to a lot of sports therapists etc. I have had long standing issues with my lower back. I lead an active lifestyle but have struggled with lumbar issues. However Ellice has helped me understand my issues, giving me an amazing treatment . I was pain free pretty much straightaway! and feel so much less fearful about my back spasming which has blighted me for years.Thank you to Kasper and Gray for giving me my confidence back to do forward bends and to enjoy the lifestyle I love ❤️

I’ve been to visit Theo at Kasper and Gray multiple times now for two separate concerns (neck and sciatic), both of which were really positive! They came back with speedy response times, appointments that worked around my busy schedules and a great reminder system.Theo was very knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my concerns and even gave some extra exercises to complete away from the sessions. Upon my returns, he would complete check ins to see where my body was at in terms of healing so we could progress each session, but he’d also take time to get to know a bit about me too.In terms of pricing, I feel the costs were really good as well!I left feeling much better and able to move freely again. I highly recommend giving them a try if you're in need of chiropractic care!
